Two parks, two vibes
The Junction on FM 740 is the bigger, hang-out-all-evening park: about eight rotating trucks, shaded outdoor seating, and its own coffee spot. It sits just outside city limits toward the lake, and it is the easy answer for a group that cannot agree on one cuisine.
The 741 Food Truck Park on FM 741 is the workhorse: a tight lineup of regulars that people drive out for on purpose, headlined by 53 Craft BBQ. Less of a scene, more of a "get the good food" stop.
