Tiger Spa Car Wash (coming soon)
A new Tiger Spa Car Wash is coming to the corner of 223 S. FM 548, a modern freestanding facility about 5,659 sq ft. The City of Forney approved the site plan and construction is underway in 2026.
Target is open at Village at Gateway
Target's Gateway store is open, following its grand opening on Sunday, July 26. Target lists an approximately 148,000 sq ft store with Drive Up, Order Pickup, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, Target Optical and expanded fresh food.
Dick's Sporting Goods coming to Gateway
A 60,000 sq ft ground-up store, one of the largest retail boxes still to be built at Village at Gateway.
Village at Gateway: open now and coming next
Bath & Body Works, James Avery and Target are open at Village at Gateway. Ross, Five Below, Burlington, H-E-B, The Home Depot and BJ's Wholesale Club are also open along the Gateway corridor. EVO Entertainment is under construction and says its 82,000 sq ft movies, bowling, arcade and attractions venue is slated for fall.
